I have just completed the strutcure (without finishings) of Twin Villa in Khoud6 and I intened to live in one part and sell the other part.

Here are the details of each Villa:
Built up area: 440 sqm
Ground Floor: Majlis, Sitting, Pantry, room, outside kitchen with store and two Toilets

1st floor: Master bedroom, 2 other bedrooms, sitting, 3 toiltes

Pent house Floor: large sitting, room, maid room, two toiltes.

If you buy the villa without finishing materilas (doors, windows, tiles, paint...etc) then I am asking for 70 thousand OMR...If you want me to complete the villa for you then you need to pay 95 thousand OMR

If you are intrested please let me know so I can call you this afternoon.

أشكرك أخي...
أنا باني عشان أسكن فيها والفيلا الثانيه لأخي بس الظروف هي الي أجبرتنا نعرض جزء واحد للبيع.
يعني الغرض واضح ليس للتجارة اطلاقاً ومحصل مقاولين أرخص بكثير بس اخترت هذا المقاول لأنه شغله نظيف، والبناء مكلفني أكثر من السعر الي أريد أبيع به الحين، يكفيك انه موقع الأرض ما يقل عن35 الف حالياً رغم انخفاض اسعار الاراضي.
