اصابات الوجه - وجراحة التجميل والتقويم

ارجوا من الله لكم دوام الصحة والعافيه
اذا اصيب احد بالوجه فعادة يذهب الى المركز الصحي وأحيانا يخيط الطبيب الجرح.
المشاكل :
1- عادة نوعية الخيط غير مناسبه(silk) وبالأحرى والأفضل أن تكون نايلون
2- لا توجد الخبره الكافيه للجراحات الدقيقه والشرح بالصوره
3- الأضاءه غير كافيه والأدوات قد لا تكون جيده.

الأفضل الذهاب الى المستشفى وعمل اللازم بعد أخذ التحويل من العيادة الصحيه ويكون العلاج بمراعاة للخطوط الطبيعيه للجسم ونمو الشعر وسقوط الظل واماكن التقاء عضوان في مكان واحد أو حتى أثار الشيخوخه التي قد تكون موجودة أو ستأتي اذا شاء الله سبحانه . كل ذلك يتم مراعاته من الجراح الجيد قبل البدء بالخياطة الشبه مرئيه.

regarding cuts on face ... what is the best type of suture absorbable or non absorbable.... coz in the country where i do study they use the absorbable but i was told by one of the surgeons down here in oman that the absorbable type will leave thick scar ...what's ur advise to me

It seems u r medical professional after all
So, Facial injuries have many factors ..Good debridement is always the key to succes.Get rid of all that is dead.Convert the contaminated wound to clean and to close as soon as possible.Regardless of the method used, precise
approximation of the skin edges without tension is essential to
ensure primary healing with minimal scarring.Dont forget to close the deep wounds in layers as this prevents dead space formation with any absorbable sutures but the trick is to do the knot inversly ..meaning buried knot.I prefer to do as small as possible like 6/0 or 5/0 nylon to the facial cuts.and if i m really in the mood then i do it subcuticular.But all my suturing is done with the usage of the loupe magnification of 4x and 500 mm working distance. So i try my best to leave minimal scar.
rememebr we can not eliminate the scar but we can do it 99% inivisible ..never 100%

to a plastic surgeon 2 weapons are a must
1- a very very good camera
2- Loupe
this is how the loupe looks like ..i prefer it with the head band as i feel better when doing long surgeries . and the loupe has to be panoramic - Carl Zeiss is the best and depending how tall u are and what u prefer u can choose the working distance and the magnification.

i don't know how to do the buried knot .. i will definitly try to learn it but i do know the simple intrrupted , subcuticular and mattres

it depends on the location of the lesion. we can do serial excision ..meaning remove part and leave it for some time for the skin to grow and then remove the rest. but if it is in contractile place with enough skin to do eleptical incision around it then we can remove it in one go ..depth is not a problem

it is a method for removing a lesion i m uploading a picture that shows
a flap thining ..but the cut is elliptical \
