there is a big question in my mind that i want an answar for it>>>>>>
is there any oil reserves in the omani terretorial sea??????????????

i have read a book while i was in the SQU,,,and it included an interview between the sultan Qaboos and and a spanish equnomic magazine as i remember....................and the sultalan said that we have about 70% of oil reserves in the sea .
if this is true......why dont we take advantage of it

i think that most of the other GCC(if not all) countries are using thier sea reserved oil..
THEN WHAT IS STOPPING OMAN FROM TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE SEA OIL RESERVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
