please look at the distal radioulnar joint ...
whart do u see
we did arthroscopy for this girl ... she will need probably a tendon harvesting ..may be plantaris and then to form a new radioulnar joint ....
so if u notice the distall radio ulnar joint u will see increased space on the rt compared to the lt ...
which is causing her pain specially on pronation and supination ... and afcourse these movements are the basics of hand hand function..so repair is a must ..

u should try to treat the wounds in the suturing subject ...that should be fun for learners like u
