see at the end of the surgery i had to do a little zig zag between the old damaged tendon and the new implanted tendon > and that was sutured as it is shown in the pic..
so i m expacting this zig zag to open up a little and cause a little extension . so i splint the finger in flexion > always in a little flexion
and not extension .
I have to read about tomorrows surgeries.. I have an old man with two tumors in the finger ,,, which i have to excise,.. and the difficulty is that i can not do any extra procedures ... the man is very old and heart problems ... so no angiography was also done.. and his company is pushing alot... so we have to remove the tumor and send it for post removal studies..
i dont like it ... but still i can not take the decisions ...
