Job Description To install, setup, and monitor local area network (LAN), perform a variety of maintenance, evaluation, installation, and training tasks to ensure LAN performance meets company and user requirements adhering to the policies and procedures set and followed by the company.
Constantly monitor the overall network planning, up keeping the LAN/WAN, check-in systems and Sabre, SITA Text messaging system in order to ensure smooth functioning at all times.
Plan annual upgrades, undertake necessary trouble shooting, analyse network faults so that LAN configuration changes are implemented and preventive actions are accordingly suggested for effective usage.
Provide end user support for network access and connectivity and ensure that the problems reported from the users are resolved timely and effectively.
Install and configuration SABRE software and SABRE printer, provide support for SABRE Reservation and ACSI check-in system users by resolving software problems, and ensure that the problems reported from the users are resolved at the earliest for smooth functioning of the systems.
Provide support for user departments for the existing network, VPN configuration, and cabling requirements and also for any new structured cabling requirements, and provide basic support for PC and PC related problems in order to ensure smooth functioning.
Provide standard basic training in operation of the network, email or internet to new users, provide support for outstation offices regarding telex printers, baggage tag and boarding tag printers and ensure that any issue is attended to on a timely manner.

Job Title Technical Instructor (Airframe & Engine)
Educational Qualifications Holder of an aircraft maintenance engineer’s licence in A & C trade with type ratings on modern aircraft.
Through knowledge of aircraft /engine systems
Must be computer literate.
Must have completed a recognized instructional techniques course.
Must possess Instructional approvals on A330-200/300(RRT700), B737 NG (CFM56-7B) and ATR 42-500(PW120) aircraft. Instructional approval on A320 aircraft would be an advantage.

Experience Required Minimum 10 years experience in aviation with at least 5 years experience in conducting type courses on modern aircraft.

Prepare and enhance training material to ensure technical accuracy.
Develop and present proposals to improve current training courses.
Prepare and conduct the required examinations.
