I think we all agree that criticizm is not as welcomed as compliments

However, there are many ways to deliver criticizm, it's all up to the communication skills one has.
Personally, I never give out criticizm without starting with the compliments. I think it is always good to mention the positive points first and then head to the negative points. It shouldn't be too harsh though because that would make it turn into a destructive criticizm rather than a constructive one!
