For me,
I believe that Criticism can be considered positive when it helps in pointing out faults which can then be corrected for a better outcome the next time. This can lead to serious improvements in one’s performance. While negative criticism is where something is particularly criticized for the purpose of demoting
It is as Samuel Johnson said :
Criticism can be considered to be a serious examination and judgment of something or it could be disapproval expressed by pointing out faults or shortcomings”
So it’s good to criticize your peers so that they are motivated to perform better the next time
