Hey there everyone,
in my point of view, compliment is an essential skill in people's relationship.
However, we should not exaggerate using it because it loses its purpose one people get used to hear it from the same person over and over.
Criticism ,on the other hand, has a stronger effect in some situations. Personally, I don't criticise someone's actions unless I know him very well. I think we should have the ability of criticising because it helps improving our way of thinking and judging ,but obviously we should not overuse it.
