Hi there ..

Well, I guess we all have both actions of compliments and criticism..
We tend to do both based on people's reactions or how would they accept them.
Most people love compliments and they barely can't live without being complimented !
Though, compliments are great and do raise self esteem , there is criticism which I think most people aren't that much into it and they are floating in the surface of its notion !!
If compliments are good to straighten people's deviating behaviors then I feel criticism is the same as long as it is not spirit's crushing machine!
